Chair Yoga @ Lincoln Branch

Have you ever wanted to learn chair yoga? Let yoga instructor April from Soulside Healing Arts lead you in a gentle form of yoga that can be done sitting or standing while using a chair for support.

This class is especially beneficial for anyone who finds it challenging to get up and down from the ground in a traditional yoga class. FREE program! For adults.
