A Six-Week Journey Into the Heart of Classical Yoga

The Inner River is a six-week immersion into the classical inner limbs of yoga — kriya (purification practices), mantra (sacred sound), japa (repetition with mala), and meditation. Together, we will explore these transformative techniques as a living sadhana (spiritual practice), designed to awaken clarity, devotion, and inner stillness.
Each week builds gently yet profoundly, moving from purification and breathwork, to sound and vibration, into the depths of meditation and silence. This is an opportunity to experience yoga as it was originally intended — as a path of self-realization and inner freedom.

• Classical kriyas for energetic purification
• Breath practices to expand and channel prana
• The power of mantra and sacred sound
• Japa with mala beads for devotion and focus
• Guided meditations leading toward inner stillness
This series is for seekers and practitioners who feel called to go beyond asana, and who long to connect with the heart of yoga in its most authentic form.
