FoodSafe Level 1 covers important food safety and worker safety information for cooks, servers, bussers, dishwashers, and deli workers including:

📦 🌡️ Receiving and storing food
🧑‍🍳 🥘 Preparing food
💁🏽‍♂️ 🍽️ Serving food
🧼 🫧 Cleaning and sanitizing.

Foodsafe Level 1 is a necessary food handling, sanitation and work safety course that will certify you for 5 years.
