at Asbury Place
750 College Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32504

Tuesdays from 8:15- 9:20 A.M.
8:15 Intro to Tai Chi
8:30 - 9:20 Class

Certified Teachers: Valerie Vance, Mike Driggers or Sal

Chairs are available and the class can be taken standing, sitting or a combination of both.

Wear comfortable clothing, shoes, or just socks.
Bring a bottle of water.
