Barre Strength is a full-body, low-impact workout that builds on classic Barre foundations with the addition of strength training and compound movements. Set to upbeat and energizing music, this dynamic workout is designed to strengthen both mind and body. Barre strength is accessible to beginners while also offering advanced progressions for those ready to elevate their Barre practice.

*Mats + Props are not provided, please bring your own and plan to arrive 5-10 minutes early to find parking and settle in.
