In this 60-minute workshop, you’ll learn a sensual chair dance and low-flow pole choreo set to the classic holiday song Santa Baby. Tess will guide you through dynamic movement, musicality, and expressive detail while helping you connect with your own unique flow.
This workshop welcomes all bodies, experience levels, and strength levels. Whether you’re brand new or already dancing in Level 2, this class offers an accessible, empowering space to move, explore, and shine.

Meet Your Instructor – Tess
Tess began her pole journey here in the Panhandle in 2022 with no prior dance background. After one class, she was completely hooked—so much so that she bought a home pole and trained every chance she could. Her time training in Colorado expanded her love for low-flow and floorwork, and she soon discovered her passion for choreographing expressive routines.
Tess prides herself on supporting a diverse range of students and creating an atmosphere where everyone leaves feeling strong, successful, and proud of their progress. Her energy is warm, creative, and encouraging—a perfect addition to our VPS family.
