Invest in yourself & transform your life with Disko Yoga School's 200HR Yoga Teacher Training program! Made up of (2) 100-hr modules, each module takes place over one weekend (Friday-Sunday) per month for 3 months.

Disko's 200HR training will include in-depth study of yoga philosophy, anatomy and postural alignment, mindfulness and meditation, an introduction to the business of yoga, workshops with doctoral guest faculty, and much more. Module 1, Awakened Teacher, will have an emphasis on Mind Body Medicine practices, Yin Postures, and the application of Yoga Philosophy as it relates to personal development and life practice.
