SADLY WE ARE CANCELLING THIS EVENT DUE TO A PERSONAL FAMILY ISSUE.

I will run a day of workshops instead. please PM if you are interested.

Workshops throughout Saturday with the choice of finishing the day with a sauna.
Sunday, gather for breakfast, sauna and a wild swim (optional) or mindfulness by the riverside.
