Penrith Welfare & Anti-Spiking Hub

As part of the response to a series of reported Drink Spiking incidents within the Eden area, Eden Local Focus Hub and its partners will be trying something new for Eden and running a 'welfare hub' in Penrith Town Centre, this Saturday 22nd November, from 10pm to 1am next to Penrith Band Stand-

we'll be distributing some reusable anti-spiking devices, testing cards and information- please pop along and say hello!
