Ever had the realisation that you’re stuck in your head? That thoughts just keep coming, or going around and around? Always wanted to do more exercise, or meditation, or … find another distraction for the mind?
DANCING FREEDOM offers you a fun, relaxing, non-thinking, non-confrontational way to find freedom from these thoughts/emotions/feelings!
You will find yourself in a space where non-verbal communication is promoted, no need for words. Somewhere you can let go and engage your body in a somatic, meditative, healing practice without having to consciously do anything. Switch off, tune out and find out how to relax your mind by simply moving, however the body feels to, with this lightly guided dance practice.
Katterfly (Kat Jeffree) has been dancing her whole life and has finally found her way to share the gift of DANCING FREEDOM!
This really is the invitation to “Dance like no one’s watching”... to be fully engaged with Your Body ~ You Cannot Do It Wrong (Your Way Is The Right Way)
Gift Your Self the Time to Allow Mindful Presence: once a month, in Penguin, every 4th Saturday (also in Deloraine, every 1st Saturday), 1:30-3:30pm.
Penguin exchange = $25/2hr session
