This full-body class combines the flowing movements of Tai Chi with the gentle resistance of a TheraBand to build strength, balance, and flexibility. Each session includes a warm-up, guided movement sequences, and a relaxing cool-down. Ideal for all fitness levels, this low-impact strength and mindfulness program supports joint health, reduces stress, and enhances stability. Wear comfortable clothing and sneakers, bring water bottle and a 5’ length TheraBand providing easy or medium resistance (yellow or red). All movements are performed standing. No experience needed.
