At first, I thought it was just a note-to-self.
A reminder to stop spiraling and return to the simplest medicine - breath, sound, presence.
But the more I sat with it, the more I realised:
It’s not just what I need.
It’s what so many of us are craving.
Because here’s the truth:
- We’re tired of holding everything together.
- We live in our heads, disconnected from our bodies.
- We try to think our way into peace… and it doesn’t work.
Peace doesn’t come from more thinking.
It comes when we drop beneath the chatter.
