Let’s explore the chakras in a way that blends body, mind, and creativity. We’ll start with a gentle chakra-inspired yoga flow to connect with our energy centers and open space for curiosity.
Next, you’ll learn more about the theory and wisdom of the chakras, discovering how these energy centers show up in your daily life.
To bring it all together, we’ll dive into a playful art project where you’ll create your own chakra card deck. These cards don’t need to be “perfect”—they’re about experimenting, exploring, and making something uniquely yours that can inspire and support you well after the workshop.
All supplies provided.
No art or yoga experience needed—just curiosity and an open heart.
Leave with a body that feels nourished, new insight about your energy, and a colorful deck of chakra cards made by you.
