Power Up Summer: Cardiff & Vale - 1hr at Cosmeston Lake Aquapark

Our Power Up Summer Programme is LIVE!

Being creative, moving and socialising is a great way to feel well and learning new skills can be fantastic for your self esteem - so we have planned a summer packed with it all, for free, for young people and young adults in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan.

This session we will meet at at Cosmeston Country park for a go at the aqua park on the lake at 12pm - we will need time to head over and were advised to arrive 45minutes early to allow for safety briefing etc so please honour the timings

All young people and young adults aged 10-25YO are welcome - bring a friend if you'd like.

Support to finance and arrange transport can be discussed.

Please ensure you are contactable if you are a parent/guardian in case we need any consent/ disclaimers on behalf of the venues (e.g. for any outdoor exercise activities)

Participants must wear appropriately clothing and trainers for exercise and/or to possibly get dirty craftin, where applicable
