Connecting support around life’s final chapter

An informal Ted-Talk style networking event, an opportunity to:

• Learn about support available in the local community
• Share what your organisation offers
• Connect with others working in related areas

Whether you’re part of a charity, healthcare service, community group, faith organisation, or local business with a caring focus, your contribution and presence will help strengthen the local network of support at life’s most difficult times.

There will be talks from a selection of local organisations and shared space to dispaly resources. If you would like to offer a 10 minute talk please get in touch.
