Supporting someone you care about can bring great joy, but it can also be tiring and overwhelming at times. It is vital to prioritise your own wellbeing amidst these responsibilities. Our Carers Wellbeing Group offers a serene and welcoming environment dedicated to nurturing your mind, body, and spirit.

Hosted by Savanna and Lauren, two experienced and qualified Occupational Therapists, in collaboration with Rubicon Dance, each session is thoughtfully curated to provide a blend of gentle therapeutic movement, insightful workshops, and restorative social connection. Enjoy expertly guided activities designed to relax and rejuvenate, accompanied by comforting tea and freshly brewed coffee, and delicious biscuits, all served in a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere.
