Headstand Masterclass

Headstand Masterclass with Martine is back! Whether you’re new to headstands and inversions or a seasoned practitioner looking to level up your headstands, there will be something for everyone in this class. We’ll work through shoulder mobility and upper body strengthening movements, core connection and strengthening postures and movements, and lower body strengthening postures and movements to warm your body up to find your most integrated headstand.

We will start with a 60 minute full body practice to prepare and strengthen all the areas of the body for what we need them to do in our headstand. We’ll move in to 20 minutes of headstand play either at the wall, assisted by Martine, or free with cues and minor adjustments. After everyone is done playing we’ll reconvene and do a 10 minute cool down together.
