Ayurveda & Restorative Yin Workshop

Have you heard of Ayurveda – the sister Science to yoga?Perhaps you have and you’re interested in learning more.Join us for this informative workshop that focuses on aligning ourselves with nature's rhythms. We will explore the 5 elements and how your unique mix of these elements forms your dominant dosha; your unique mix of these bioenergies.We will undertake a questionnaire to identify your dominant Prakriti (nature). Finally, we will examine lifestyle and how we might explore small, intentional lifestyle shifts to help you find more balance as the seasons shift. We will even explore a suggested grocery list for each dosha type!We will finish with an hour long restful and Restorative Yin practice with lots of props and lovely long holds.
