Join us Amy (Therapist at All Ears) and Jen (Health & Wellbeing coach) for a relaxed, supportive session for parents whose children are in therapy, or are currently struggling with their mental health. We know how much you are holding, and how valuable it is to speak to people who truly get it. There will be refreshments and some mindful colouring resources to get stuck in to, whilst we have a chat about any concerns you may have for your child.
