The Pelion Band Program will be hosting the semi-annual Spring Open Car, Truck, Motorcycle & Tractor Show on Saturday, September 6th from 8 am to 2 pm at the Pelion Community Center at 951 Pine Street, Pelion, SC.
Registration will be held from 8 am to 12:30 pm. Judging will be from 9:30 am to 1 pm. Awards will be held at 1:15 pm.
There will be no pre-registration. The registration fee on-site will be $25. The semi-annual mailout of show flyers and registration forms was mailed out to all previous participants of local band related car shows so that auto owners will have the details of the show as well as the registration form prior to the event.
Dash plaques and goody bags will be given to the first 75 participants. There will be trophies for the top 25 entries, Best Racecar, Best Import, Best Motorcycle, Best Truck, Best Tractor, Photographer's Choice, People's Choice, & Best-of-Show.
There will be hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, and drinks sold onsite. Cash or check only please.
There will be live music again this year by the Pelion Marching Pride Band. A salute to our Veterans will be held at 12 pm. Prize drawings will be held throughout the day for our car owners. We will also hold a 50/50 raffle. You must be present to win.
