Yoga 101 Fundamentals with Chuck Rossi

Allow yourself to be guided through a 75 minute instructional class. Perfect for the beginner as the hand & foot placement is broken down to give proper alignment and reduce the risk of strain. This class is also welcoming to the experienced yogi who is looking for a refresher to elevate their practice to the next level.
