Pelvic Floor 101 Workshop with FIXXED!

Join us for a special Pelvic Floor 101 Workshop with FIXXED at Pelham Fit on Tuesday 9/16 at 11am. This 60 minute workshop will discuss all things pelvic floor health led by FIXXED pelvic floor L/PTA and E-RYT 200 Kris Minear. We'll cover the anatomy of the pelvic floor, prenatal and postpartum fitness considerations, and strategies to start taking better care of your pelvic floor today. We recommend bringing a notebook and a pen, as well as anything you like to sit on (bolsters, pillows) for the lecture-portion of the workshop. Workshop will include a 15 minute pelvic floor focused yoga flow, so bring a yoga mat and water and get ready to learn and move!
