Rooted: The Feminine Freedom Experience is a 6-week, in-person circle created for women who want a more embodied, experiential approach to personal growth.

You’ve likely heard words like somatics or embodiment... but these are things that can’t really be understood through explanation alone. They’re FELT. They are an *experience* 🌹

Every week we will join in sisterhood and witness each other in devotion to ourselves.

Through guided embodiment practices, archetypal exploration, and facilitated circle, with an emphasis on nervous system awareness, integration, and real-life application.

This isn’t about fixing anything.

It’s about experiencing your inner world differently and building a deeper relationship with your body.

This class is a weekly class meeting every week. Each class builds on the next. The total program is $200 ($33 weekly)
