You are invited to participate in the 18th Annual Lick Creek Invitational, a two-person scramble match play tournament. Each flight will consist of eight teams.
ENTRY FORMS AVAILABLE AT LICK CREEK AND PARKVIEW GOLF COURSES:
Entry Deadline: August 29, 2025
Qualifying must take place between August 16 and noon on September 1. You must qualify with another team playing in the tournament. Teams will be accepted in order of paid entry received. Tournament tee times will begin at 7:30 a.m., with lower flights teeing off first on all three days. Please note that there will be no qualifying on August 30 due to the course being closed for an outing.
*65 years and older may play the yellow tees during qualifying. However, if a senior team or team member qualifies for the championship flight, the player(s) must play from the white tee markers during the championship flight.
You are guaranteed four rounds of golf: one practice, one qualifying, and two match-play rounds. Only those teams losing both Friday and Saturday will not play on Sunday.
MEAL
Thursday, September 4: Cookout Pairings Party from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the old clubhouse tent.
ENTRY FEE
$260 • PER PLAYER
The entry fee includes tournament round cart fees and the Cookout Pairings Party but does not include the Players' Pool. Teams must be purchased before you tee off on Friday.

1ST PLACE • $500-$250 PER PERSON
2ND PLACE • $300-$150 PER PERSON
3RD PLACE • $150-$75 PER PERSON
CONSOLATION • $150-$75 PER PERSON
Flight winner gift cards are redeemable at Lick Creek and Parkview Golf Courses. Entries may be dropped off or mailed to the Lick Creek Golf Course clubhouse.
OPTIONAL PLAYERS POOL
The Players' Pool will be optional @ $100 per team. Payouts will be 50% of the total for first, 30% for second, and 10% each for third, and a consolation bracket winner. Players' Pool will be by flight.
