Trial By Fire is our intimate dinner series where we explore the possibilities and relationships between food and fire. We will showcase a variety of cooking techniques and heat sources, while explaining our methods and thought process behind each dish.
Held at the beautiful Traceland Farms, each evening brings guests together for a thoughtfully curated, multi-course experience where flame, smoke, and seasonal ingredients take center stage.
With limited seatings available, the evening unfolds slowly—inviting conversation, warmth, and a shared appreciation for food cooked the way it’s meant to be. To preserve the sense of discovery, the evening’s menu will be revealed to guests at the time of the dinner.
