Science Café: Yes, it *is* Rocket Science - A Wiston Lad's Endeavour.

Ben Attwood grew up in Wiston with a passion for Space Science and rocketry, and started building and flying model rockets from home. While studying Astrophysics at the University of Edinburgh, joined the University rocketry team, Endeavour, as a Recovery System engineer, spending 4 years on the team designing the systems to bring rockets back from the skies in one piece.

He will talk about his time on the team, the rockets they built, the places it took him, and finally, how you too, can get into rocket science!
