High/Low Flow Aerial Yoga Workshop

Join Laura for an open level High/Low Flow Aerial Yoga Workshop where we will be splitting our practice into 2 sections. Working with our Aerial Yoga hammocks at our traditional height as well as incorporating a low flow closer to the ground.
-You must be 15 years or older to practice Aerial Yoga with us.
-Space is limited and pre-registration is required.
