Breathe & Meditate Session - Fall 2025

An introduction to the Art of Living breathwork and meditation session. You'll clear your mind through calming breathing and guided mediation. This 60-minute session is a free event open to the public. Seating is limited.

Beginning in June 2025, a valid PINES library card will be required to register. While this event is free, a $2.00 no-show fee per ticket will be charged if a registration is not canceled at least one hour prior to the session start time. If you are not sure you will be able to attend, please do not register. Please only register others if you are certain they will attend. Registrations made without a valid PINES library card will be automatically canceled. It is FREE to sign up for a PINES library card.
