The Magic of Elderberry: Immune Support Workshop

In this hands-on workshop, we’ll celebrate the potent, time-honoured elderberry — one of nature’s most trusted allies for immune health. Together, we’ll simmer, stir, and craft small-batch elderberry syrup infused with warming spices, raw honey, and herbal adaptogens. You’ll also learn to make elderberry gummies — a fun, family-friendly way to enjoy the same immune-supporting goodness at home. Expect a cozy, creative afternoon at The Green Goddess Studio filled with the scent of berries and spice.

• Hands-on instruction and all organic ingredients
• A 500 ml jar of elderberry syrup to take home
• Approximately one-month supply of elderberry gummies
• Recipe handout + creative variations for home use
• Herbal tea and light refreshments served in the studio

• Duration: Approx. 2-3 hours

Please note that workshop materials and ingredients are prepared in advance for each participant. Because of this, cancellations within 48 hours of the workshop are non-refundable. You’re welcome to send a friend in your place if you can’t attend. If The Green Goddess must cancel due to weather or illness, full refunds or credits will be issued.
