Spring brings increased daylight to the Northeast, signaling a natural time of transition for our bodies after winter. A bounty of spring greens and roots offer nourishment, vitality, and support as we move into this new cycle.
Join us as we explore these remarkable plants—learning how to identify, harvest, and prepare them to create your own spring tonics. Together we will work with roots and early spring greens, and craft herbal vinegars, tinctures, and tea blends that support seasonal renewal.
Hosted in tandem by Community Herbalists Rebecca Ingalls & Kasey Sampson, we will begin in the stunning herb garden and explore beyond- at Newhall Fields Community Farm.
All tools and materials will be provided for you to harvest and create your own infused vinegars, tinctures, and tea blends to take home.
Sliding scale pricing available as follows:
We are requesting a $20 per person suggested donation to cover costs.
If you are able to pay extra, a Sponsor Rate is $30 per person
And if you'd prefer to pay less, a Reduced Rate is $10 per person
All proceeds directly benefit our non-profit farm, with its educational programming and food security mission.
