Join us at RI Spirits, New England’s only queer-owned distillery, for an afternoon that celebrates the changing seasons, local botanicals, and the cozy magic of autumn.

Together we will explore how the flavors of fall can come together in a drink . Your hosts — Cathy Plourde (founder, distiller, and head forager) and Andrea Tateosian (beverage director and co-owner) — will guide you through a 90-minute class filled with stories, tastings, and hands-on cocktail inspiration.

• A 750mL bottle of Rhodium Gin of your choice to take home
• A gin flight and cocktail samples throughout the class
• A 90-minute guided session on gin botanicals and seasonal cocktail building
• Light snacks to keep things balanced

Cathy will share how different botanicals shape gin’s flavor and chemistry — from bright citrus peels to bitter roots — and highlight the locally foraged ingredients that we use in our spirits. Andrea will then dive into mixing cocktails with seasonal ingredients: think harvest fruits, herbs, and spices, and the different ways to infuse these flavors into your cocktails at home.

This is an afternoon for gin lovers, cocktail enthusiasts, and anyone who wants to connect with local produce in a glass.
