Fall Equinox Restorative Yoga

Celebrate the fall equinox with a grounding restorative yoga practice led by Katie Truskoski. This 75-minute class will weave together pranayama, mindfulness, and supported postures to honor the balance of light and dark. Using props for deep release, Katie will guide you into stillness, helping you connect inward while finding harmony with the natural rhythms of the season.
