Rest & Restore: A Donation Based Community Sound Bath

Hosted by Monica Munson, Certified Holistic Complementary Therapist & Certified Usui Reiki Master

Come rest, reset, and reconnect through an hour of gentle sound healing in the serene space of 11:11 Yoga. Monica will guide you through a deeply calming journey using crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments to support nervous system regulation, emotional release, and deep rest.

Reiki energy is gently woven throughout the experience, offering a deeper layer of healing and relaxation. Monica is a Certified Usui Reiki Master and trauma-informed facilitator, creating safe and supportive spaces for your holistic well-being.

No need to bring a thing—mats, bolsters, and props are provided by the studio.

This is a donation-based event, with a suggested contribution of $15–$30. All are welcome—no experience needed.
