Vinyasa Flow: Mondays 6 - 7:15pm

This class will be a dynamic intermediate Yoga class designed for those who have a foundation in Yoga and are looking to deepen their practice. The class introduces advanced poses, longer holds, and sequences that enhance strength, flexibility, and mind/body awareness. Each class will address underlying concepts in yoga including mind-body connection, present moment awareness, non-attachment, and finding stillness in discomfort; incorporate breathwork including: Ujjayi Breath, Antar Kumbhaka and Alternaate Norstril Breathing; a meditative spinal and upper body warm up; vinyasa, balance work and an extended savasana.
