The Need:
While hospice services are often covered by insurance, there are critical financial gaps. Some patients are uninsured or underinsured at the time of terminal diagnosis. Others may lose coverage after leaving their jobs due to illness, while others face delays in insurance authorizations or don’t qualify for Medicare or Medicaid based on age or income. Their needs can’t wait. At CHP, no patient is ever turned away due to an inability to pay for hospice services. Your support ensures that everyone in our community can receive end-of-life care with dignity and compassion.
Donations:
Consider donating a raffle basket, gift certificates, merchandise, services, and event tickets for our auctions. Monetary donations are also welcome. All contributions are tax deductible (34-1159395) This is a unique opportunity to advertise your business and support local, so feel free to include business cards on your donations. If you are donating an item for the auction, please notify us; mail, drop off at our office, or we can pick up by November 7th, 2025.
Event Sponsorships:
$500+ monetary donors will have their company logo on the main banner behind podium, logo on the front of all programs, logo on your table, and name read aloud during the evening in recognition. Checks can be made payable to CHP and mailed to our 250 Dooley Dr. Suite A Paulding, OH 45879 office by October 31st, 2025 to be an event sponsor.
