Allow yourself to be bathed in the vibrations of crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments that guide you into relaxation, renewal, and expanded awareness. The energy of this sound journey will support you in grounding the insights of the eclipse and opening to new possibilities.
What to bring:
• Something soft to sit or lie on (yoga mat, blanket, cushion, etc.)
• Any comfort items you may wish (eye mask, pillow, journal, water)
