Max Meditation and Community Gathering

Join us for an evening designed to nourish both your inner world and your sense of belonging. This unique event combines a 45–60 minute guided Max Meditation™ with 60 minutes of intentional community time – a space to connect, reflect, and be in the presence of like-minded souls. Light snacks and tea will be provided to support a warm, grounding atmosphere. Whether you come solo or with a friend, you’ll leave feeling more grounded, uplifted, and connected.

Max Meditation™ is a powerful experience that makes meditation accessible even if you’ve struggled to quiet your mind in the past. This guided practice blends ancient techniques and modern psychology to help you shift out of stress and into stillness. You’ll be led through breathwork, body relaxation, passive awareness, and gentle visualization to support deep calm, clarity, and emotional reset.
