Yoga & Sound healing @Seilich Meadow with Janet & Paul

Join Janet and Paul (@paul_healthwellnessandsound) for a magical morning of gentle flowing movement and healing sound.

We’ll end with a deeply restful relaxation, bathed in sound as Paul and Janet both play the bowls together.

Set in nature, this is a wonderful chance to pause, move, reconnect and explore the meadow.

Please note: Sound baths aren’t suitable if you have a pacemaker, metal implants, experience seizures, or are in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
