MARK YOUR CALENDARS!!! We have a lot going on for our youth and community during our Back To School Revival Weekend from September 12th-14th! Make sure you invite a youth to participate with us and be a part!!!!
Friday, September 12th at 7pm we will have a YOUTH led worship service. M.I.T. Aaron McZorn of the Christian Love Baptist Church, Irvington, NJ, will bring us the WORD!!
Saturday, September 13th at 12pm we will start our Community Day! At noon there will be a workshop at our Urban Garden, on best gardening and harvesting practices led by Environmentalist and Urban Farmer, Mr. Hashim Bennett. Free produce from our urban garden will be distributed to the community at 1pm.
We will be handing out free bookbags with school supplies at 12:30pm. One bag per student and the student MUST be present.
We will also give away Haircut and Hair Salon vouchers to our youth, sponsored by Upscale Cuts barbershop and Salon, As I Am Salon!
We have partnered with the NJ Commission of the Blind and Vision Impaired to offer free vision testing for children 5-17 years of age. Must pre register by scanning the QR code on the Community Day flier.
Sunday, September 14th at 10am we will close out our weekend with our Sunday morning worship service. Our Minister to the Youth, Rev. Tanya McDonald will bring the Word of God to encourage our youth and all in attendance!!!
