As we settle into the new school year, take a moment to pause and reflect with Mindful Monday at PAC•MoCA. Ease into October and embrace those cozy, spooky-season vibes with a peaceful evening of guided meditation and sound healing led by Ms. Paula and Ms. BenMarie.
