Chair Yoga with Sid

If you would like to achieve greater flexibility, good posture, learn mindfulness skills and access new levels of energy, join us at the Pass Christian Public Library for Chair Yoga classes with Sid! A new series will begin promptly at 12p.m. on Tuesdays beginning September 9th in the conference room of the library located at 111 Hiern Avenue in Pass Christian. Please wear comfortable clothes and bring water and an exercise mat. The cost is free, but donations will be accepted for instructional costs.
