Trauma Support Group

This group is for individuals who have experienced a
range of traumatic events, not limited to any specific cause. It
provides a trauma-informed environment where participants can
understand the impact of trauma on their thoughts, emotions, and
behaviors.

A therapy or support group is a safe, confidential space where individuals with shared experiences come together to talk, process emotions, learn coping strategies, gain knowledge and support one another. These groups promote healing through connection, education, and guided discussion, reducing feelings of isolation and helping participants move forward in their
recovery.
