2025 ESTATE BEEF WINEMAKER DINNER SERIES: BEEF FILET

The picturesque CASS Winery vineyard is more than grape vines. Our 145 acres of vineyard boasts olive orchards, apple orchards, a micro agave farm, organic gardens, and our rich grass-covered hilltops that nourish our estate cattle.

Join CASS Winery owner, Ted Plemons, as he hosts an evening dedicated to highlighting the incredible quality of our Paso beef with a menu that allows our wines to shine. Our Executive Chef Charlie will be preparing the tender beef filet for this thoughtfully crafted, multi-coursed experience.
