Instruction for Strengthening

1. Work on both legs, right & left 3 sets. Each set 8 to 12 repetitions.

2. Lift the leg high in order to work it out harder.

3. Activate and tuck in the abdomen.

4. Tuck in the chin, head on the mat.

5. Arms open shoulder level and palms on the floor.
