Wellness in the Park: Free Dance Movement

Archetype Yoga introduces Archetype Moves, a new dance movement class that blends freedom and expression. Move freely, take up space, and explore modern movement as you shake it out, let it go, and just move at Playhouse Village Park. This class is open to all ages and levels.

This class is part of our Wellness in the Park series where we encourage you to get outside, get moving, and have fun with our awesome Playhouse Village instructors! We’re bringing a FREE group wellness program every 2nd and 4th Thursday of the month at Playhouse Village Park, led by local fitness & wellness studios.
