Peru’s vibrant cuisine reflects a rich blend of Indigenous, Spanish, African, and Asian influences — and this hands-on class brings those flavors to life. You’ll learn how to prepare Cebiche Mixto, the country’s iconic seafood dish cured in bright citrus and ají chile; Lomo Saltado, a wok-seared stir-fry that perfectly fuses Peruvian and Chinese techniques; and Solterito Salad, a colorful mix of corn, fava beans, cheese, and olives that showcases the freshness of the Andes. Alongside knife skills, seasoning balance, and plating tips, you’ll gain insight into the stories and ingredients that make Peruvian food one of the world’s most exciting culinary traditions.
Find your culinary voice as you discover the bold flavors and spirited hospitality of Peru—right here at ICE Los Angeles.
