Join us in person for a gentle, restorative sound bath created to support nervous system regulation, grounding, and deep relaxation. Immersed in healing frequencies, you’ll be guided into a calm, meditative state where the body’s natural self-healing processes are activated.
A sound bath works by “washing” the nervous system with vibration, helping to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore balance. As the tones unfold, experience how different frequencies can shift consciousness, harmonize with the nervous system, and open the door to profound relaxation, introspection, and inner awareness.
At the close of the sound bath, you’re welcome to stay for tea and connection.
