Navigating Grief: A Support Group for Those Coping with Loss

This monthly support group is for anyone grieving the death of a loved one. Together, participants will explore the many layers of grief, from understanding the grieving process (Grief 101) to learning how to care for ourselves, find moments of joy and stay connected to loved ones even after their passing.

This is a safe and welcoming space for sharing, support and healing. It will take place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays, Jan. 13, Feb. 10 and March 10, on the John & Cathy Belcher Campus, 90 Ritchie Highway, Pasadena. The cost is free.
