Join us for a free introductory session of FREEDOM Starts Within and experience a transformative approach to philosophy that is designed to enrich every part of your life.

Whether you're feeling burned out, searching for direction, or simply curious about how timeless ideas can support a more intentional life, this session is a starting point.

The Session follows a student–teacher format, combining engaging lectures with group discussions and interactive activities that bring each topic to life.

• Practice Living Philosophy: The ancient masters, greats like Plato, Socrates, Confucius, and Buddha, knew that knowledge without action meant little. You will begin learning how you can transform your values into lasting impact: in yourself, in your relationships, and the world around you.
  
• Return to the Fundamentals: Empires rise and fall, religions come and go, but the promise of the world’s greatest ideals - the virtues that make us human - remain eternal.
  
• Grow with Others: Engage with a group of young people from LA who share the love of wisdom. Through in-session learning, community dinners, and volunteering opportunities, we practice the art of growing together.

If the introductory session resonates, you’re invited to join the full 6-week FREEDOM Starts Within workshop beginning November 5. Sessions are held weekly from 7:00–8:30 PM and cover three core modules:

• Self-Development – Awareness, authenticity, inner strength
  
• Living Together – Ethics, community, shared purpose
  
• Building the Future – Cycles of history, collective responsibility
  
  

Topics include:

Sessions are discussion-based and experiential, offering space to apply philosophy through practice—not just theory.
