Art Journaling for Healing, Resilience, and Everyday Well-Being

This gathering invites the community to take a moment for self-care and use art journaling, a visual private space to combine images, colors, and words for self-discovery and emotional resilience. Together, we will honor the journeys we are on, making space for complexity, re-charging, and hope. No previous art experience is necessary; the focus is not on creating “good” art, but on using simple, accessible art-making as a grounding and supportive practice.
